1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to Zeldin services at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional service and value to our customers. Our refund policy is as follows:
2.1 Subscription Services
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with our services.
- Subsequent Billing Cycles: After the initial 14-day period, or for any subsequent billing cycles, refunds are generally not provided for subscription cancellations.
2.2 One-Time Purchases
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non- refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
As we exclusively offer digital products and services, we do not have a return policy for physical goods.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
We may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of our service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges.
- Other exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
